When it comes to quantity of food, you should know that people often eat even if they do not feel any hunger. People may spend lots of the time in front watching movies and eating not very useful foods, like chips. Lack of time does not also allow people to eat healthy food.

-Exercising. If you sit the whole working day, it will not help you to gain some weight loss. A sedentary style of life is unfortunately usual to many people. Of course, many people wish to have some time in front of TV after spending a long day at work. Thus, people move less.

The mentioned are just some of many reasons for why people start gaining extra weight. If you just start on exercising and diet, you will achieve a result you want.
